HR department is responsible for handling people related concerns and needs that arise within the organization as well as supporting the business organizational structure.
Job Overview
As a member of the HR team, the HR Administrator is responsible for supporting the activities of the HR department and ensuring that all HR administration is conducted accurately and in a timely, efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
– Issuing offer letters and contracts |
– Assists in the recruitment process. |
– Monitoring staff training courses |
– Checking, sending, and tracking of all references/requests. |
– Manage the HR and recruitment inboxes. |
– Manage the onboarding and offboarding process. |
– Updating and maintaining current personnel information on Sage HR, including new starters and leavers. |
– Maintain HR database and employee data. |
– Support on any other HR projects undertaken by the team. |
– Assisting with day-to-day requests and queries in a timely manner. |
– Dealing with day-to-day HR queries and advising in line with the current policies and procedures |
– Dealing with day-to-day HR queries and advising in line with the current policies and procedures |
– Dealing with HMRC Queries and payments |
Skills & Experience
– Knowledge of Sage HR |
– Preferably CIPD qualification |
– Fluency in verbal and written communication |
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel |
– Ability to manage and prioritize a busy workload. |
– Proactive and confident in communicating with people at all levels and working as part of a team. |
– Excellent attention to details |
– Able to takes minutes. |
