Department Overview
The Risk Department is tasked to establish, implement, and maintain risk management policies and procedures that are effective in managing the risk exposure of Universal Partners. The aim is to maintain our risk profile within the risk appetite while allowing the business to pursue its goals. The department facilitates the implementation of the risk policies and procedures that governs the risk-taking abilities of Universal Partners.
Job Overview
Universal Partners is currently seeking a Junior Data Administrator for a full-time, on-site position located in London. The role includes maintaining databases, providing reports, and ensuring data accuracy among other responsibilities. As a Junior Data Administrator, you will serve as a crucial link between our internal teams, ensuring the accuracy of all data and reports generated.
Key Responsibilities
– Accurately collect data for various types of business reports. |
– Data entry and maintenance. |
– Assist in creation and maintenance of business reports that provide insight into key data points. |
– Assist team members with creating bespoke dashboards via internal systems to manage their targets and KPIs. |
– Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers. |
– Gaining an understanding of company software and using it within the requirements of the position. |
– Ad hoc requests from internal teams ensuring completed correctly and within deadline. |
– Collaborate with team members, whilst sharing ideas and feedback in a drive to better themselves and the team, |
Skills & Experience
– Strong communication and problem-solving skills. |
– Confident using Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint etc) |
– Salesforce experience preferred but not required. |
– Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills. |
– Able to work to tight deadlines under pressure. |
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment |
– Must have the ability to adapt to new challenges and thrive outside of their comfort zone whilst also remaining calm and focused |
